What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They set the tone and morale, provide coaching, and handle opening and closing duties with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many leaders started as Shift Leaders and grew their careers with us. If you enjoy making mornings special, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before training completes
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
