We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends

• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training
