Job summary

Dunkin Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, uphold Brand standards and deliver outstanding guest service during each shift. You will set priorities, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to ensure smooth operations.

Applicants should have former leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, and be fluent in English. This role requires on-site work with a focus on customer service and efficiency.
