Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience during each shift. You will open and close the store, coach teammates, and uphold quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

This role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and opportunities to advance into leadership. A ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local/state/federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.
