Einstein Bros. Bagels in Madison, WI is seeking a reliable Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced daytime team.

You will open and close the store, motivate staff, coach teammates, and ensure a safe, clean guest experience. We offer flexible scheduling with early hours, no evenings or nights at many locations, competitive pay with tips, and benefits including paid time off after 90 days and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required or able to acquire before leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred, required at certain locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team and set the morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality and safety of food and beverages and maintain a clean store environment.
