Do you have at least 2 year's reception experience in similar hotel environment, with knowledge of corporate & leisure market, ideally with some previous supervisory experience? If so this could be the new challenge you are looking for.
Our Front Office Receptionists are the first and last personal contact most guests have with the hotel and they are key to ensuring the guests stay gets off to a great start and finishes smoothly. Working in this face to face role means you are a confident and well-presented individual with a warm way with people. Shift Leaders are in charge of running the Reception desk in the absence of the manager and ideally will have knowledge of both corporate and leisure markets and some previous supervisory experience.
