Job summary

A Dunkin' franchisee in Carmel, NY is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Crew Members during each shift, ensuring operations meet Brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, coach performance, and provide timely feedback while maintaining a fast, accurate service culture and strong teamwork.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, and a positive, can-do attitude helps you connect with guests and Crew Members.
