Flynn Group is seeking a Shift Lead for a Taco Bell location in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will support the Assistant and General Manager by running shifts independently and embodying the Live Más spirit. You take ownership of the shift, solving problems proactively while guiding your team to success.

The role emphasizes leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations across shifts with opportunities for development within a growing franchise group.
