Flynn Group, a major Taco Bell franchise operator, is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Assistant and General Manager, running shifts independently and embodying the Live Más spirit. You will own the shift, solve problems proactively while guiding the team to success.

You will mentor team members, uphold Taco Bell standards, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining smooth operations. This role offers development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

As a Shift Lead, you support the Assistant and General Manager by running phenomenal shifts independently and embodying the Live Más spirit. You take ownership of the shift, solving problems proactively while guiding your team to success.
