Job summary

Carl's Jr. in Temescal Valley, CA is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate a team of crew members during a shift.

You will supervise staff, adjust schedules, train and evaluate employees, monitor performance trends, and resolve customer concerns while helping control labor, food, and cash costs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you.
