Job summary

A popular smoothie chain is seeking a Shift Leader in Streetsboro, Ohio. In this role, you'll blend smoothies and ensure a positive experience for guests. You're expected to manage team members and maintain store operations in the absence of the General Manager. Ideal candidates should have at least one year in a retail or restaurant environment, strong communication skills, and reliability. Employee discounts and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Essential Functions

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable
