Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and foster a positive guest and team experience. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

The role emphasizes integrity, clear communication, calm leadership in a fast-paced environment, and ongoing development to prepare for future management opportunities within the Wingstop franchisee network.

Formación

• Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to support business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns to management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.

Position Summary

As a Shift Leader at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a positive experience for both guests and team members. Physical Requirements
