Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant shifts, ensure high-quality products, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting profitability and compliance with policies and standards.

You will manage station tasks, assist with scheduling, monitor food safety, and coach team members to uphold our core values. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous shift lead experience preferred.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Must be 18 or older and capable of performing all restaurant roles.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Strong planning, communication, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage station duties including dough handling, product accuracy, and portioning.
• Support product and customer satisfaction, minimize complaints.
• Uphold core values; maintain positive attitude and adaptability.
• Ensure shift coverage, monitor quality, service, and store cleanliness.
• Help control costs, inventory, and cash handling using company systems.
