Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. This role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
2. Ensure a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Execute marketing plans timely and effectively.
7. Promote recognition and motivation efforts.
8. Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.

Minimum Requirements: Is This You?

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail.
3. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
4. Basic math skills.
5. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Basic computer literacy.
