Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador to serve as a Shift Leader, helping guests choose smoothies and retail products that support a healthy lifestyle. The role includes guiding team members when the GM is away and embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.

You will greet guests, prep ingredients, handle opening/closing duties, manage cash and inventory, and ensure a friendly, on-brand experience. A minimum of one year in a restaurant or retail setting, POS knowledge, and strong

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Essential Functions:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable
