Job summary

Noodle Express On Sullivan is seeking a Shift Lead to work with a close-knit team in a fast-paced, food-service environment. You will oversee prep, service, and store-wide compliance while supporting the store manager to uphold guest satisfaction and restaurant standards.

We offer a base wage of $18–$20 per hour with additional tip pool potential, making total earnings typically $24–$28 per hour. This role provides growth opportunities and a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives in front of guests at the register or in front of the grill.
• Lift and move at least 50 lbs; stand for long periods; perform physical tasks.

Noodle Express On Sullivan is hiring Shift Leads!

Our close-knit team works together to produce high quality food and service in a fast-paced environment that takes pride in its teamwork and organization. Noodle Express offers flexible schedules and a base wage of $18-$20 an hour, with a recent average of an additional $6-$8/hour thanks to our generous tip pool. Our Shift Leads are exemplary in their work. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will create and sustain an environment that promotes the growth and development of all team members. Our Shift Leads actively perform tasks cooking, prepping, and cashiering to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations!
