• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies; assist kitchen staff with dishwashing and cleaning duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

Our Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining a clean restaurant and cleaning back of house dishes. In a fast-paced environment. As a crucial part of the team, you will work in coordination with the restaurant team to assist and ensure that customers have a wonderful experience from the moment they walk in the door, by helping keep the restaurant clean and beautiful.

As a Dishwasher you will have responsibilities such as:

• Completing cleaning and sanitation duties including:
• mopping restaurant floors
• Wiping down and sanitizing tables and countertops
• Set-up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Cleaning and maintaining prep areas.
• supporting other kitchen staff by cleaning dishes and keeping up with a fast-paced environment.
• Performing other kitchen duties as assigned
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines

And be able to meet physical requirements such as:

• The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to reach, bend, and twist as needed.
• Ability to use hands to control, feel, and operate tools and objects.
• Ability to arrive at work on time and reliably

In 1992, the first Noodle Express was introduced at Southgate Mall located in Missoula, Montana. We’ve since expanded to have locations across the Inland Northwest with locations in Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington.
