Shift Leader Responsibilities

Shift Leader Expectations

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless a medical notation is provided (ADA compliance applies).
• Work 38‑40 hours per week.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM regarding any issues.
• Lead by example in food quality, customer service, and appearance in a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily.
