Job summary

Culver’s of Sevierville is seeking Restaurant Shift Leaders to guide daily kitchen and dining room operations, uphold Culver’s service standards, and coach teammates to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This on-site role offers opportunities for growth, competitive wages based on experience, and a culture focused on servant leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion and leadership
• Willing to travel out of town for training opportunities
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A genuine smiling personality!

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred
