You support the Restaurant Leader (RL) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems and become part of the solution. You seek help as needed and are willing to help and guide others. Ensure team members complete tasks as assigned and serve safe, quality food with a "Here to Serve" attitude. You help create an environment that Team Members want to work in and our customers want to visit.
