Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee in the Mid-West, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise the team during shifts, and contribute to training efforts. This part-time position offers a path to leadership growth and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to guests.

You will set the tone for teamwork, manage inventory and ordering to meet demand, maintain cleanliness and equipment standards, and assist with back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
