Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader for part-time hours in Michigan, to supervise shifts, train staff, and uphold brand standards across our Taco Bell locations. You will foster a positive work environment and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of leadership in a restaurant, strong communication skills, and availability for weekends and evenings. You will work with a franchisee that emphasizes teamwork, operational excellence, and growth opportunities within

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts as needed.
