Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience at our Roswell, GA location.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to coach staff, open/close the store, and maintain a clean, safe environment while ensuring quality. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, the ability to work varied hours (early starts possible), and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early start times.
• Must pass background check per policy.
• ServSafe Certification is required prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license is preferred or available per location policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain service quality.
• Open and close the store with supervision minimal and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support shaping store morale and ensure food/beverage quality.

Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be 18 years or older


• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends


• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law


• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training


• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy


• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
