Delivering the Jersey Mike's experience . Developing others for career growth . Enforcing policies and procedures . Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices . . A Shift Leader is expected to. . Work 35-40 hours per week . Have reliable transportation . Communicate with management team of any issues they are having . Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere . Provide an exceptional experience to all customers . Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store . Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists . Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people per shift . . Qualifications For The Job. . 1 Year QSR experience preferred .
