Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate responsibilities and recognize achievements respectfully.
• Assign team members to meet guest needs and standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed.
• Set goals and hold team accountable.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional service.
• Encourage urgency to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
• Reinforce use of systems and correct deficiencies.
• Monitor performance to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are followed.
• Control labor, food, and cash costs during shift.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and security policies.
• Report equipment issues and provide performance feedback.
• Follow all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (reading and speaking)
• Math and writing skills
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
