Job summary

Wegmans in Reston, VA is seeking an entry‑level leader for the Seafood department. You will collaborate in a dynamic retail setting, learning our values, standards, and operations while guiding a team to educate customers and ensure the freshest seafood.

You will focus on merchandising, educate customers and staff about product offerings, and proactively assist shoppers with questions and meal planning. Full‑time, with shifts starting early in the morning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or a college degree.
• Computer skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
