Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in Putnam, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensure brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will lead by example and help the team stay fast, accurate, and courteous in every interaction.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, and provide timely feedback while upholding cleanliness, safety, and quality standards to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
