Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Brecksville, OH is looking for a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain store standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision, maintaining quality and safety standards.
