Papa Johns Pizza #1931 is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee an entire shift, drive labor efficiency, and ensure high-quality pizzas are prepared and served. This role emphasizes leadership, fast decision making, and maintaining excellent customer experiences during peak times.

The ideal candidate will have prior Shift Lead experience at Papa John’s, excel in delegating tasks, and keep team morale high while meeting brand standards for product and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shift Lead at Papa John’s is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong delegation skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Proven track record of managing labor numbers and food quality.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for product and service.
