Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Orlando, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the crew and all work stations across day or night shifts. A portion of the week includes closing duties after training, with hours ending at 11pm Sun–Thu or 12 midnight Fri–Sat. Prior fast‑food experience is not required; training is provided to develop potential for future management.

Location is 6025 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement as the franchise expands.

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too.
• Product, service, and image fall under the Shift Leader, the cornerstones of Marco's. We are looking for future managers, we are willing to train if you have what it takes. We are opening many stores and are looking at Shift Leaders to become general managers.

Job description

Marco's Pizza - Shift Leaders

This position supervises the entire crew and all work stations in the day-to-day operations of a pizza store on either day or night shifts.

Part of your workweek is "Closing the store" (on some nights) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day. We close at 11pm Sun‑Thu, and 12 midnight, Fri‑Sat.

You don't have to have prior fast‑food experience. It's useful, but not necessary. We teach you all our Marco's Pizza system. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be.

The Franchisee started as a delivery driver and now is the owner of 13 stores and plans many more in the area.

Pay

$15.00 per hour and up dependent on the qualities shown.
