We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—adding flavor and holding everything together. As a Shift Leader, you'll collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making mornings special for others, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Pass background check as required by law
• Obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations
