We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: they add flavor and help hold everything together. What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the tone and morale of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. As a Shift Leader, you'll have opportunities to grow your career, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.
