Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader who models our core values and serves guests with a servant's heart. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold our Recipe for Service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role emphasizes task completion, shift leadership, and developing team members, with a focus on creating a friendly, respectful atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsabilités

• Participate operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests’ needs.
• Assist in training new hires; set the tone for shifts; be a role model.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player to peers and leaders.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day’s cash.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech to teammates and guests.

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
