Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to guide crew members, assist management, and help customers with orders with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or customer service preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate crew members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide Crew Members and assist the Assistant/Store Manager.
• Assist customers with orders and ensure accuracy.
• Help manage daily line-up and shift coverage.
