Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Naperville, IL. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a top guest experience. This role emphasizes opening and closing the store, coaching staff, and maintaining food quality in a clean, safe environment.

You must be 18+, flexible on hours including early mornings, and pass background checks. Highly competitive hourly pay with tips, plus benefits, are offered.

• ServSafe Certification preferred or required prior to leadership training.
