Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager, coach staff, and take charge of opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred but location dependent.

Responsibilities

• Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• They coach team members and provide feedback as needed.
• They open and close the store with little supervision.
• They ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• They help grow their career within the company, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders.
