Taco Bell Shift Lead at Flynn Group location in Mundelein, IL, supports the Assistant and General Manager by running shifts independently and guiding the team to success.

You will take ownership of operations, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer service during every shift. This role offers opportunities for professional development and a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Description

As a Shift Lead, you support the Assistant and General Manager by running phenomenal shifts independently and embodying the Live Más spirit. You take ownership of the shift, solving problems proactively while guiding your team to success.

Compensation: Taco Bell Shift Lead: $16 to $17.50 per hour
