Job summary

Jersey Mike's MC Branded in Mount Olive, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, guide team members and ensure top service during shifts. You will supervise rush periods, manage cash, train new hires, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced sub shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR (quick service restaurants) preferred but not required.
• Willing to train and coach new employees.

All new hires are brought on as trainees and put through an expedited training system to prepare for the role. We are looking for Shift Leaders to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts. Shift Leader responsibilities include: Executing rushes, managing cash, resolving conflicts, and checking equipment. Ultimately, shift leaders will ensure that all aspects of the shift run smoothly and effectively.
