The role features a rotating 12-hour schedule (days and nights, some weekends). Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, and proven experience applying Lean principles to raise performance.

We are looking for a Shift Leader who can inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and holding team members accountable, prioritizing workloads, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Your leadership will help create a culture built on Saint-Gobain's core values of Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration, while supporting the production of innovative, high-quality gypsum drywall products that contribute to a safer and more sustainable world. Through your focus on training, autonomous maintenance, 5S workplace organization, and operational excellence, the Shift Leader plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment where employees can succeed and operations can thrive.

Work Schedule

This position works a rotating 12-hour shift that includes working both days and nights, including some weekend work. Day shift is 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and the night shift is 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500.00 to $126,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash (TTC) range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,650.00-TTC to $151,800.00-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
