Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and execute brand standards during shifts, delivering a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, and provide feedback to management.

The role requires prioritizing guest satisfaction and maintaining restaurant operations with urgency and care. Ideal candidates have restaurant/retail or supervisory experience, can work up to 35 hours, and are at least 18 years old.
