Insomnia Cookies, LLC in Downtown St Louis is seeking a Shift Leader for our 1136 Washington Ave store. You are the captain of our bakery day or night, guiding operations, baking, and delivering memorable guest experiences across late hours.

Your hands-on leadership ensures smooth shift flow and exceptional service for every guest. As a Shift Leader, you will train teammates, manage shift performance, and uphold quality standards while fostering a fun, fast-paced night for our crew and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all of our guests throughout their experience within our bakeries
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for the shift
