Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!
Our Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you enjoy making people's mornings brighter, we'd love to hear from you.
