Pay Rate: $21.50

• Priority interview & hiring for candidates available for closing shifts
• Closing hours are anywhere from 3pm-2am.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant management experience:Ideally in a pizza or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills:Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Scheduling and staffing:Skilled at creating fair, efficient staff schedules and managing performance.
• Cash handling and financial reporting:Basic understanding of daily sales reconciliation, deposits, and reporting.
• Hiring and training:Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members.
• Problem-solver:Can stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Team player:Works well with owners, employees, and vendors.
• Adaptable and flexible:Can handle change and unexpected challenges smoothly.

Key Ingredients:
