We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set team morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean environment, and have opportunities for career growth—many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain it before training completes)
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
