Captain D’s in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to be the face of the brand, guiding the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll lead by example, drive performance, and develop teammates while maintaining standards for service, food safety, and cleanliness.
