Bruegger's Bagels in Iowa City, IA is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will partner with the General Manager to motivate the crew, ensure a great guest experience, and keep the store clean and safe.

Shift Leaders open and close the shop with minimal supervision and help coach teammates to maintain quality. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, eligibility to work 18+, ability to pass a background check, and a ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work varied hours and pass a background check.
• ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained prior to leadership training.
