Job summary

Laabh Inc., a Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during each shift, ensuring Brand standards are met and delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, celebrate successes, and provide timely feedback to help staff grow. This role offers a team-oriented environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop Crew Members on shift.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to execute Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience.
