Bojangles' is searching for an urgent shift leader to guide a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant in Simpsonville, SC. You will help ensure a delicious guest experience while upholding safety, quality, and service standards.

You will train crew, manage inventories, handle cash, and maintain facility and equipment with reliability and strong communication. This role emphasizes excellent Southern-style food and guest service.
