Description

As a Shift Lead, you support the Assistant and General Managers by independently managing shifts and embodying the Live Más spirit. You take ownership of your shift, proactively solve problems, and guide your team to success.

Responsibilities
  • Run Shifts Efficiently: Ensure smooth operations while maintaining Taco Bell standards.
  • Tackle Problems and Seek Help When Needed: Address challenges proactively and support your team.
  • Provide Guidance to Team Members: Mentor and lead to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Create an environment where every customer leaves satisfied.
