We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—adding flavor and holding everything together.

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They are empowered to set team morale, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making mornings special, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:
